We bought a car from chevrolet 73 on April 2. We traded in a Ford Escape and bought a Ford Expedition. Chevrolet 73 was to pay the loan off on the Ford Escape - we have the papers that say that. Much to our dismay they never did that. Ford has been calling telling us we are 34 days past due. We have tried to contact the dealership and the man we need to speak with is never there or always on the phone. The president / manager is never there either. This is a disgrace - they are tarnishing our credit. How does a company get away with this? We now have to pay on two car loans, one car they have listed already in their inventory.in addition to this problem the car is making a weird sound. My husband was to bring it to them on Good Friday but they called and cancelled. He went there the following Monday and sat for two hours, but the shop closed before they could get to him. Now they dont answer our calls on this either. Anybody who has had problems with this dealership - lets get a lawsuit against them, lets stage a protest outside their establishment - letting people know what kind of business they are running. I want a lawyer to contact me, so we can get this started.
