Samsung provides the most awful customer experience I have ever had. I have a infuse 4G phone shipped to them for repair, the flight mode always automatically turns on and cannot be turned off. Similar problem can be seen a lot with Samsung's phones. They after receiving it for a few hours, emailed me with a tracking number of shipping back. When I call, they say your phone had a liquid damage, (without proof!!!), so they cannot repair it, that's not under warranty. Fantastic excuse, who can prove there is never ever a water drop on his phone, so repair request will always be denied! But can they prove it is water/liquid damage, if they can, why there is nothing detailed about that in the notice they sent back to me? All I get is a "BER" status. I feel customer is so powerless when they say "we have our experts do thorough evaluation, we made the phone so we know it is water damage." Proof is done, wonderful.
