I am very disappointed of the SAMSUNG water proof WP10 camera!
I bought this DC in Feb and had the vacation with my family in Sabah in July
When we are playing and having photo in the beach (the water just in knee level). The DC was shutted down suddenly and cannot switch on again. It is dam angry that we cannot take the photo in the trip afterwards.
After the trip, I passed the DC to the HK Samsung repair center. The feedback is ridiculous! The engineer said " water got inside the DC"
How come! Water got inside the waterproof 3m DC! It is really nonsense! I just take the photo in the beach and not diving!
They have to charge me $2000 for repairing and the suggested solution from the staff is only ask me to write a complaint form and wait.
How come a big electronic corp. Can have this poor after sales service? I am definitely disappointed! I will not buy any Samsung product in coming times!
Let see when can I get the reply from Samsung!
