I have a Samsung refrigirator, the french door type that I have had for 1 yr 4 mos. The metal heating element inside rear panel continues to fail by not heating and allowing ice to build up and the water from ice melts in drawers with my fruit/veggies. I am on my third repair for the same issue. All parts were changed just two months ago, and its happened again. Twice while under warranty and now 1 while warranty has expired. I have the repair man coming AGAIN to fix the same problem. I am not happy at the least.
