One of Samsung Reclaim stopped functioning and will not power up. Since it was under warranty by Samsung so I called them and sent it according to the instructions provided. At first when I called I was told they have not been able to find the problem yet but I will be informed via email on the progress.
This evening I received a note from Samsung Support stating that my phone has been shipped back:
Original Problem: TECHNICAL INQUIRY - POWER - WILL NOT POWER UP
Problem found: CORROSION, LIQUID DAMAGE
Solution: BER
I assme the phone was repaired but decided to google on the BER solution. To my dismay it means that Samsung will not repair or replace my phone. I know the phone is in prstine condition just like new phone out of box because I took good care of it and it was never near any liquid. I believe I am being ripped off by Samsung. I will file a complaint with Better Business Bureu, too.
