Don't believe what they talk you. They can change words within a week. I was their customer for over a year, when I callled to cancel, one of their representative told me they had a good promotion, a lot cheaper than before, and could refund me through mail anytime I want to cancel. Just within a week, I was told I couldn't cancel the service because I was in the New contract for another year, and they had already charged me for 12 months fee at once, can not refund. Liar!!!
