I have a fireplace and have to replace the back refractory (the fireproof lining) about every 8 years. The company I had used before went out of business. I went online and found Hearthside. I made 1 phone call spoke with a very friendly sales person named Joe who took my information, placed my order, I had my replacement part in less than 2 weeks. I hope to do business with them again.
