I am happy with the service I got, but for one thing. The sales rep told me after I completed the transaction that they had insurance covering my things, as I did not want to buy insurance. But on a subsequent visit, the same sales man told me next month's bill would be $49.00. When I raised concern that the contract I signed was for $39.00 per month, he told me that the extra $10.00 was a mandatory insurance coverage. Then he told me to complete this review and the extra $10.00 would not be charged for next month, September. I think this is called fraud. And I will be filing a small claims suit in Clark County Court.
