I too had a problem with Lotion4you a few months ago. They took a week to ship my product. I left a message on their voicemail and a guy named Trevor called me back and said that they had run into some issues with their distributors and that it would only be a temporary back-order. They did get the order out to me finally the next week and since I have put in 2 other orders that were shipped Priority mail and got them withing the week that I ordered them.
So they sucked for a few months, but now they are good to go.
