Ocean County Distributors is the sole distributor of the Yaffa Block product for Yaffa Inc. It is said on Ocean County Distributors voice mail as well as when I called Yaffa Inc. Note: This is not talking bad about Yaffa Inc or the Yaffa Blocks because they are good products, this report is about the distributor of the product to individuals.
March 23rd I ordered 2 sets of Yaffa Blocks online from the sole distributor of the Yaffa Block, Ocean County Distributors, to have shipped to my house. After a few 1 week I never noticed a charge on my card even though I got an invoice. So I called and was informed about a problem on their site. So we did the order again. My card was charged and I waited.
4 weeks later no product. So I made my first call. He said they had shippped and would be there soon. So I waited another week. No yaffa blocks from Ocean County Distributors. So for 3 months I would call about twice a week and get all sorts of excuses and false promises about shipments being made etc. He even told me that they were already on their way through UPS. So I asked for a tracking number and he would always promise me that he would have shipping email or call me with it. But Ocean County Distributors never sent the number because it was never shipped.
