I worked for GC SERVICES for 8 1/2 years. I was a very dedicated and dependable employee.
I disputed a score on a call that was done thru the quality department. Which is the right of employees should they disagree with score.
I did not directly reply back to a question that was asked to by a floor walker, which is not a supervisor may I add, because i was on the phone with a customer.
These are the reasons I was terminated from my position.
