Recieved e-cigarette in mail for trial of 14 days. I tried to call to cancel and return the product but noone was available to help me. When calling 877-661-3244, asked for customer service and was transferred to ext 228, mailbox was full. Called again... Asked for retail and someone picked up than hung up twice. If i dont get through today this company is going to charge me $99.95 for kit and $49.95 a month thereafter. This is a scam!!!
