I purchased the Jack Lalanne power Juicer 2 years ago and it stopped working. The motor has a lifetime warranty. I paid for the motor to be shipped back to the warranty department for repairs plus included money order for product to be shipped back to me. Six weeks later I recieved a motor that doesn't fit the parts I have. Called the customer service and was told my motor no longer exist. Well its being sold on the site. I can't recieve an RMA label for the part that doesn't fit and they didn't return my money. Conducted a research I'm not the only person experiencing this issues there are others on www.epionions.com which are facing similar issues with this company.
