For Jack LaLanne Juicer ripoff will not cover warranty on product

I spent over $150 on a Jack Lalanne juicer. The juicer is marketed as being dishwasher safe and it is not.in fact two customer services reps at Tri-Star products told my husband and I that they are receiving hundreds of calls about the pieces warping in the dishwasher.

The juicer is under warranty and they are refusing to replace the pieces. They are telling me that they have no record of me buying a juicer. I have the sales receipt and a copy of the warranty card that I sent in. They are not responding to my emails after I threatened to report them. I checked the BBB and they have claims against them. Customer Service is no help, you are on hold forever and they refuse to help. They keep saying that they have no record of me.

My husband said they he wanted to speak with a manager. The CSR said it would take 48 hours for one to call us back and here we are almost a week later and no call.

This is terrible business! We can't even use the juicer anymore! Do not buy a Jack LaLanne Juicer because of this. We loved it when it worked but now that it doesn't it is of no use to us
