Jack Lalanne Power Juicer
Scamming me. Trying to get another 59.99 above what I was told the item cost New York New York

I ordered a Jack Lalanne juicer. I was told it was brand new. I also was told only 4 easy payments of 29.99. I received the juicer, it was a refurbished model. I did not order a refurbished model. I am being harrassed also about owing them another 59.99. I put in a dispute with my CC company.

I have complained for 4 months to the morons in India who take the calls. They do not seem to listen, nor do they comprehend that they made a huge mistake.

I was also told they would review my audio tape. BS, they do not tape them and they do not have the time to listen to them. It costs the more to listen to a tape than to rip another consumer off.

I told them to sue me. They have taken many consumers for money, and no product. I think we should all start a class action suit against Jack Lalanne himself. I am sure he knows the problems.

He just wants the money.
