They call me and inform me that I was approved for a cash loan up to 5,000.00. I said cool because I really needed to money to pay off some bills. So, I first started with 3,000.00 and then ask how much is my monthly payment would be Tony the Rep, told me that it would be 289.00 a month and I ask how much is interest rate he stated that it would be at 10.1% for 12 month. I then ask him if I was to do it for the full amount of 5,000.00 how much would that be he stated that it would be 305.00 a month for 24 month. I was then thinking that was too much to pay back. So, I ask how much would it be for 4,000.00 Tony then stated that it would be 269.00 a month for 18 month. I went with this option for 4,000.00 and he gave me my approval loan number 4091742. He ran my credit and then he said oh to have it approved I would need to make the first pmt to show good faith as a good customer. So, they ask me to wired the money to them. Which, I was a little scare because it was out of the United States. I then was transfer to talk to James Coopper I think that is how you spell his last name employee #101A and I talked to him for 50 minute. He promise me that it was not a scam and that I will get the loan wired to Western Union for 4,000.00 in about 15-20 minute. Which, I did not get a call back from them. So, I called and was on hold for another 35 minute with them. I was transfer to Peter the loan officer employee# CL269. Peter then said that there is a problem with the transfer I needed to pay the IRS 396.00 because I owed the IRS until then I could not get my loan money. I got upset and I had ask them to stop the transaction and refund my money back. Peter went on and on about if I just pay that and the money will go through. I told him I don't have that kind of money laying around. I also said that I want my money back the same way as I sent it to them. He then stated that it would take about 5-7 business days. I said that I was scare of this that is why I didn't not want to send it in the first place and have them send the money first and then I will send the first month to them. It was not possible and James C. Told me that it is not a scam and he promise that it was a real thing. Peter got really mad because I told him "No, I want my money back." He then said that he need to talk to his supervisor and he will call back today. I have not heard anything from him. Their support number is 518-636-0596.
