COMPLAINT:
I purchased some Melissa's Champagne Grapes from the store at Lombardy. I got the my purchases home, put them away and threw the bag down the trash chute. A few minutes later I went to enjoy some grapes and found them full of mold (I have pictures). I called the 800 number and was told I had to go down 16 floors and dig thru 19 floors of garbage for my receipt. If I did not do this, there was noyhing they could do for me. Am I to believe that you just take my money, give me a rotten product and just blow me off? Is that the kind of store Kroger is?
