This company called my home and the way they had tried to sell me it appeared they were calling from Windows. They told me how many different problems I could have and may have arisen recently. I fell for their spiel. Paid them $80.00 for a service I could have done myself with a 'free program'. After they were done supposedly 'fixing' my computers they had to be restored. I told them I wanted no further contact except to get my money back. They constantly harassed me with phone calls and emails!
After a very long hard fought battle, they did send my money back. Stay clear of these people. They have no clue as to what they are doing, they only want to rob you of your money!
