I only found out in July that I was paying 10 pound each month. When I tried to log in on the web page any of my emails were not working. (so I could not log in). They began to work (my emils) only after I contact them and I asked to delete my account

I only found out in July that I was paying 10 pound each month. When I tried to log in on the web page any of my emails were not working. (so I could not log in). They began to work (my emils) only after I contact them and I asked to delete my account.
They said they will delete it. A month late I am still paying
