Update:
I called PayPal to rush my complaint because I received a shower cap in the mail today instead of my shoes. PayPal closed the case and refunded my money.

I never received the heels I ordered. I never received a confirmation number. I have sent 4 messages and an email and no response. The email was rejected because it was a false email. This is a scam and I want my money back. There is no phone number to contact the person. Below is a copy of the information from the confirmation that was sent to me. The status was never updated to paid, which was done the same day as the purchase. I saved the email. I just escalated a claim with PayPal. Let's see what happens. All I know is that I better get my money back. I placed this order for my up coming wedding now I have to pay to find another set of shoes. Not a happy bride right now.
