I had my bank call this company, and I also had my bank put a stop to them withdrawing anymore money from my account. I got an email notice the next day telling me how to return their product for a full refund which I followed to a "T". That was over a month ago. They promised in writing that I would have a refund in 2 weeks. Didn't happen!!! It appears that this company is dishonest with its dealings! I think my next step will be to file a formal complaint with my Attorney Generals office. Maybe they will be able to investigate and better find out more about this company, and maybe even get them to respond or refund the money they owe. Maybe if everyone files a formal complaint with their Attorney Generals, maybe that kind of pressure will get them to honestly respond in a positive way..., i.E. With the refunds that they owe! Its worth a try!!
