I was contacted on the phone by a company representative and they told me based upon an online credit application I had filled out, they were offering me an unsecured $2500 credit limit Mastercard or Visa, which ever I preferred. They told me a 1 time fee of $299.50 was being charged and that it would wave any additional annual or monthly fees.
I specifically asked whether or not there were any additional fees, and if I paid the the up front fee, I would receive my Visa/Mastercard. They told me yes, it was that simple and I should receive my card in 10-15 business days. I called back after 10 business days and talked to a representative inquiring on the status of my card.
They stated it had not been mailed yet, and it would be sent out sometime in the third week, and to expect it another 5-7 business days after the 10-15 business days they had originally guaranteed.
I went online after this to try and find more information about the company, and that is when I realized I was a victim of fraud. Any class action suit that may come about, I will gladly be a part of. Anyone who wants to further pursue this, or already has started a class action, please contact me.
