To whom may concern,
Am writing to you regarding to a high billing that i ve been charged on my previous bill. Your employee does given to me wrong explainations before i signed my contract saying that international calls are completely free and unlimited 24 hours a day, he never that i ve to redial after 60 minutes conversation as his collegue in customers service told me, so he advise me to email you for reviewing the decision you ve made.
Honestly, am extremely disguested by, am affraid i was far willing to be scammed. I think i signed my contract with a company who ve a good reputation but i been at a wrong adress to sign my contract instead to follow my friends whom are happy with another operator. Honestly, i can not afford to pay this high amount.
