Almost every month we end up with a 9.99 charge on my son's phone from this company and others. I feel sorry for TMobile and myself. I call them every month and they take the charge off. What a pain. Luckily I have caught it before it comes thru on my bill and I pay it. CHECK your bill online several times a month and call your carrier to take the charge off before you pay it.
