Saw ad online for free trial kit whereby you pay only S/H. They took the money from my account and eventually I got the kit. It did not suit and since it came with no instructions etc. Due to high cost of post I did not send it back, half-used. To my surprise they charged my cc for another kit. When I complained thru email (their phone nbr is message only and they never return calls). I emailed them and was advised that I was on automatic delivery and I pointed out that I had not authorized this, nor had I received any product, so requested xxl of auto and full refund on my cc. To date, no refund. I emailed again and today was advised that in small print (which I never saw) I had agreed to auto, but they had xxld same. However, since I did not return the product in 14 days (by the time I received product the 14 days would have been up anyway if that were the case) they charged the full price of kit.

This is an absolute scam, a fraud! My advise to others - and there seems to be many - is to xxl your debit or cc and repor them to your bank. I think it is time someone in the law enforcement/fraud aquad in the USA took this up.
