I ordered a dress from Aonel.com. I received the dress in a timely manner. I immediately tried it on and realized it did not fit quiet right and did not look at all what I pictured it would look like on me. I decided to send it back. I went to return it the next day and the postal person said I should probably contact the company to see what their policy was and exactly what address I should send it to. And that began a nightmare. Their policy stated I needed an RA#. They never would send me an RA# for returning the dress. I have all the emails. They kept putting me off. Telling me to go have it altered etc... I am very unhappy with them. Their return policy says: Please be sure that the item (s) can be sent out within 5 days after you get the RA# or we reserve the right to refuse the return etc... I was in contact immediately after I got the dress and they never sent me a RA#. They have finally said they would refund me 90 dollars and that was the first of August. I still do not have it. I have already complained on the econsumer. Gov site because this company is out of China, but I have not heard anything from econsumer. Gov. I will never use Aonel.com again and I will let everyone know. I would definitly like my full refund, but I haven't even gotten the 90 they said they would refund. Thank you for your help.
