QueenisaGirl Bridal dresses
No invoice in order, no refund policy, not cooperative with refunds still trying to send back a dress that does not fit!

Purchased wedding and bridal dress June 6, arrived July 7 (after paying extra for 14 day shipping)

Did not fit, next day tried to send back and could not read return address. No invoice in order, no paperwork at all with refuind policy. Plastic label in Chineses on each dress. Emailed company and asked for shipping instructions. Refuse to give me any information, but responding to me to send pictures of the dress. The dress does not fit and there is no time to reorder. They are not cooperating at all with a refund.
