I ordered a one piece Montage by Mon Cheri mother of the bride dress - they displayed the picture of the dress on their website from the actual catalog of Montage. They sent me a two piece dress that was somewhat similar but not the pictured dress. Poorly made, wrong color, wrong lace, only one lace overlay, should have been two layers, where do i stop. When I contacted them and wanted to return the dress for a refund they would not honor their policy. I bought the actual dress from Montage and sent them pictures comparing them both and they finally agreed that the dress was not what i ordered but that is all they could do except refund US$30. They said their factory had made a final decision and that is how they always made that dress. False advertising! How can you put the actual picture of a dress on your website, let someone order it and not send them that dress? How do they get away with it? Because they are in China? I actual thought I was buying a Montage dress and that they were the manufacturer's for Montage. I have learned a great lesson. Hopefully I can spread the word so others do not make the same mistake. PayPal could not do anything either. I thought that was safe. Not!
