I received my order on July 10th less the set of pans that were supposed to be a "Free Gift Set". A memo was included with the order stating that due to overwhelming demand, they were temporarily on back order. On August 16th, I sent an email requesting a status of the gift set but received no response. Trying to call their customer service only leads to a constant delay because all customer service reps are assisting other customers and the wait time is close to an hour. Today, August 25th, I sent a second message and expect they will not respond to this one either. I would caution anyone thinking about purchasing this item to beware. This company need to have a class action law suite filed against them for freud and deception.
