I was contacted to start up a web based business. The start up fee was $250.00 to create website $75.00 to get LLC registered thru' state. Once I invested the amount (put on credit card) I was never coached to'run this business/mp website/$O return. This person & her partner Ryan Helms also ran this scam in Las Vegas by Millenium Marketing Solutions / Casey's Concepts around '05 - #039;09.
