Open door policy

I called office at home about 3 months before to keep in touch with sumone about a worker which was wrongfully ended, i quit many communications. I needed to make use of the "open-door plan " i quit my amount and so I might w achieved but nobody actually called me back. I'm like i waz overlooked. The cracker barrel i work on the administration has bad comunication amongst workers and one another.
