I filled out an application online for a loan and msa financial service Rep. ANNA contacted me telling me I was approved for a $5000.00 loan but since I had bad credit I had to put a deposit of $350 down FAX over my bank info, driver license, proof of residence, and two check stubs. Once I faxed everything over she need the money to be put on a green dot card so she can receive it. Once I called her with the 16 digits of the green card I was supposed to receive the money in 6-12 hours. The weekend past and once Monday came around she called and said the lenders needed $320 cause I was red flag I sent that over and I called the next day inquiring about my funds and once again she needed me to put more money. I did and got very upset and asked for her supervisor. He gets on the phone saying if I send $473 ill get my funds in 2hours. I demand a refund and he said well western union it to you in 14-21 days. I hung up called green dot and got partial of my money back but not $673. I received a lot of late fees because of this company
