I had tried calling the company within the 2 week period so I could get an RMA number to return the unused product, but I was unable to get through after being on hold on several occasions. When I eventually got through last night (they took an unauthorised £70 out of my account) the call handlers were most stubborn. I was offered a 50% refund, which I said I would accept but would still be following up with fraud allegations, they withdrew their offer. This company is an utter disgrace, but as my husband works with the Royal Mail as a manager, I have asked him to alert their fraud department. They may have processed the issue date but they don't post the product out on the same date as printed. We know this as we traced the bar code and date of delivery. The mail region it came from is a half hour drive away, so should have arrived next day. It took almost a week to get here meaning that you have less time to make contact with the company for the RMA returns code. I am considering getting the police involved as well as The Royal Mail fraud investigation team. I now have the Galashiels address, and if I do not get a full refund, I will be going to the unit there to take this further with their Scottish "rep". Scam merchants through and through. Disgusting service, disgusting staff and am tempted to ask the lab at my work to analyse the bloody tablets to see what they really contain.
