I ordered a "free" 14-day trial of SlimVida and Colon Flow. They took 8 days to arrive, reducing the trial period to 7 days. The included information said that, unless I rang them (on an American number) within the 14-day trial period and requested an RMA (returns) number, I would be billed for the bottles. So much for a FREE trial!
The address on the returns label is Nether Road, Galashiels. This is only 20 miles from my home so I personally went to return the items. Unsurprisingly, this is NOT Natural Health's premises, and the security guard there says they are getting lots of returns to this company. He did, however, give me a UK phone number for them so here it is

I spoke to a lady called Jenelle, and after much discussion during which I was told my trial had expired the day before and that I'd already been billed the £125, she gave me the RMA numbers (which, by the way, are already printed on the returns labels!) and promised me that I would have my full £125 refunded within 24-48 hours of them receiving the products. She then offered me two free gifts as way of apology - I refused, as their idea of "FREE" seems to cost a lot of money.
I hope I get my refund.in the meantime, I am reporting the company to Trading Standards for false advertising
