I colored my hair a couple of days ago with Garnier Color Mouse and my hair is falling out by the bunch. Not only this but it has fried to such a degree that it looks like I have had some kind of relaxation job. My hair was in very good health full of shine and softness. I do not know what to do with it anymore. It is horrible, dry dull and lifeless. I have spent the last couple of days just crying and just feel like shaving my whole head. This is the first time I have used their product and look what happened. What do I do? The only thing I know is that I bought it at Wal-Mart in North Bergen, New Jersey. I do not know if I still have the receipt so I guess there is nothing I can do. I have lost what I held so dearly and this was the healthy condition of my hair. I am so depressed and embarrassed that I do not feel like leaving my house. Help!!!
