I bought used medical laser equipment. One has not arrived, the arrived broken and incomplete and the one arrived with out a key and manual and the final one which did arrive two month late in May is now broken. This man is not retuning my calls or text. I have three times from toronto canada to pick up my lasers in tennessee. All times he did not show up as he was driving from Texas. Our initial contract was for february and it is now August -this has caused an immense business loss and I have paid him 85K in total upfront.
