In my opinion, Patterson Construction is a second rate builder.in my opinion his work is poor quality and his promises do not meet his follow through. Disappointed subs is a bad sign. Finishes that are not finished and not what was agreed to or decided upon. I would not use Patterson Construction. He promises the world but later you are disappointed in the result, time frame, and process.in my opinion he is not a good builder and should not be used. Do not sign up—you will not be happy and neither will your neighbors.
