While trying to book flights for 3 adults online, I kept receiving an error message asking me to close my browsers and try again... I tried 4 times unaware that everytime I tried my Bank account was being debited for 932.00... 3 payments where taken, the 4th payment was rejected... I had to call 4 times to Jet 2 on a premium rate number costing 65p per min. It took 5 days to get my money back... My bank account was cleared of all funds leaving 31.00... I had to borrow money to cover my Direct Debits... Not one apology from Jet2 for their online booking error...
