I ordered the nu-wave oven over the phone from the ad on tv. I was informed I would have to pay shipping chages I did not ask how much charges would be when I received the package the charges were $162.75 coming from libertyville Ill. I called to check with Fed-ex on freight charges the would have charged 39.00 at the most. I tryed calling this company for the last 5 days just get a recording to leave message no one has returned my call. I all so have a piece missing that I have been charged for. Help
