New Wave Precision Cooktop

I ordered the buy one get one free precision induction cooktop that was suppose to come with 3and a half quart pan and steamer and green pans and fondue set. All I got was the cook tops. NO PANS AT ALL! And still charged the full amount. Try to call but recording says call back later. I want the rest of my order!!!
