I placed an order on the cingular wireless online store in August, and after having many problems with the order, I cancelled it. The cancellation was faxed and called in by a cingular employee at a local store.
Well, after cancelling the order, wouldn't you know it finally came in the mail two days later! When the mail arrived I refused shipment and sent it back. Now, a month after the order was cancelled and sent back, unactivated, they decided to take $150 out of my account for no reason, overdrawing my dormant checking account. I have called the so-called customer service number and have been hung up on several times.
Today I finally got through to someone who didn't hang up on me, and was transferred to a "manager". The "manager" told me that the money had been refunded the day after it was taken from my account, which was over a week ago, but my bank says otherwise. I am being charged for every day that they don't refund the money that they stole from me. They deliberately lied just to get me off the phone. Beware of the cingular online store!!
