They put up a screen showing the computer was very subject to crashing as the Indian man who called said. He said they could fix it and represented microsoft. I fell for it as I'm not real good with computer. It was a total scam. When I did as they said, "For Refund, request with valid reason have to be provided to [email protected]. I got the same Indian man who would not listen to me as I tried to tell him every thing he said he could do for the computer didn't happened. He kept insisting to get access to do the same thing that was supposed to be done before. I wouldn't let him, asked for the refund and was ignored.
