A phone call saying they were from Microsoft and they had received many reports from my computer. Asked if I was on and asked me to type cmd, the eventvwr to see all the reports and the ammyy.com to hit the green button and it gave them access to my computer and they used the mouse to move around. I stopped just before they got too far but then stupidly retyped the ammyy again after they argued I would not be covered giving them access again showing me lists of files in dos. They told me computer was indanger of crashing and it would not be their fault it I didn't continue. The supervisor or so called person came on the phone and moved the pointer to different items, then said my security was up, asked the age of my computer and they could give me new program for $150.00 USD, they had asian or Indian accents, I shut down my computer telling them no, realizing what I had done. I restarted my computer to find my window desktop shortcuts were all gone, later I found I could reinstall them but am worried about how much information they may have got. I was very foolish to fall for this, now worry what is to come.
