I purchased a 5year car warranty from this company in March which covered and breakdowns I may have had. July 10th I took my car to a repair facility as it was not running correctly. I notified Warranty Direct and opened a claim. Ne week went by with me calling them 3x a day only to be told the claim is pending. The told me there is a problem with the mileage and I needed to get it corrected. I pointed out to them when they wrote up the contract the wrote the wrong mileage and they also listed my car as a Audi A4 when it is an Audi A6. That didnt matter they ran me back and fourth to the repair facility that changed my oil whom also listed the wrong mileage and I had to have him correct it. They would not accept any documentation that he gave me. It is now been 3 weeks and they tell me to write CarFax and have them change the mileage and I did. Tey than ask me to have my repair facility tearapart my transmission to determine the cause of failure and thy deny my claim due to wear and tear. I paid them on time every month and to treat a customer this way is apauling.
