We ordered a pair of Blundstone business safety shoes USD 60.75 (AUD $61.97). We recieved a confirmation and the funds were taken from our Pay Pal Account on the same day.
We have followed up several times and have had no answer. I have contacted Pay Pal today (18 August), and their initial response is that they are not obligated to refund our money.
I thought that Pay Pal was secure and if there was a scam our money would be refunded just like a bank refunds a credit card holders their money if there is fraud on their credit card.
My next step if I do not get my money is to go to my bank and also to the ACCC.
