I just came home from work with another kit delivered to my house!
I did my research and could not find a way of contacting to them. I went on their website and made a complaint demanding for a full refund. I initially came into contact with this company via the BBC website who was promoting this product as a gift after taking part on a survey.

After reading blogs on this iste I did cancel my card. But after talking to the financial advisor, they aid cancelling card will not stop the money coming out because of some legal thing?

We need to talk to a department called retail dispute and hopefully that should stop the constant money coming out of your account.

I need to call them up on Monday hopefully it should stop such fraudulent activity.
