My husband & I were dumb enough to think that their offer of a loan modification on our home was legitimate and now we`re out money and threatened with losing our home. I tried calling a girl named Rachel and found their phone answering machine was full of messages and I couldn`t leave a message. We havealready filed a police report and contacted the Attorney General of California. Monday I will contact a local tv station who help people like us. I just wish our government would do something about these people, because, they`re causng alot of people to be homeless.
