After i bought the wizard 101 membership i headed to the chat and said i didn't get the membership they said delivery 5min-12hours the next two day i still didn't get it i told them again they said they didn't had no more products in stock then Wednesday i told them again they told me the the supplier is offline i ask them again today they said no stock is available
