The person I spoke to on the phone to get info on the product did not mention any "promotional" price or that they do not ship to CA. Two adds have two different codes after their email address. 86A and 53A. The difference is one "saves" you, $10-$67 and the other, $10-$97!!!
What a deal, huh? Nothing for something is NO deal in my mind.
