I ordered three lanterns and when I put the batteries in each one of them, none worked. So I bought new batteries and tried again but to no avail. These are cheap and junky. When I tried to call the company, the calls are routed to India and the people there could not even pronounce the names of the products or the name of the cities where I need to return these. Hard to understand and they would not transfer me to anyone in the U.S. Not at all worth the time or money. I hope I do not have any problems with getting a refund.
